At VitalSupply24, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened health supplements or personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as final sale.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at ecommerce20024@icloud.com and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
